I have been a customer for several years. For the majority of services, the same technician usually came to my house. From the start, he was always very professional and ALWAYS has a positive attitude. My house is usually rather dirty and cluttered. I always apologized for the mess and he never once has made me feel embarrassed for the dirt and clutter in my home. He was always kind and continues to address any concerns that I may have.
Before I was married, I would hear things in the attic and would inform Priority Pest Services and they would always send someone to take a look. (I was always a little scared to go in the attic.) Priority Pest Services discovered roof rats and at one point a family of squirrels. The technicians always helped me call the correct companies to take care of these issues. They go that extra mile to make sure these issues are taken care of properly and in a timely manner. They never once made me feel bad for being scared to go in the attic. Over the past couple years, I also rescued two dogs. The Priority Pest technicians always works around the dogs in a way that is best for the dogs. They always considerate and understanding, especially when the dogs don’t stop barking.
A smile is always on my technician’s face. He always does his job thoroughly. Most importantly, he always seems to have a positive and happy attitude. Good customer service is extremely hard to find!!! But, when I see Priority Pest at my door, I always know that I will have great customer service, a positive attitude and always a smile.

I must tell you how happy I was with your team. When I first met your inspector, he was friendly and willing to answer all my questions. We worked together to develop a solution to my crawlspace moisture problem. We picked a date that worked for us (the homeowner).
When the date came for the job, your technicians arrived on time. They took a few minutes to explain what they were going to do and ensured we were all on the same page. The lead technician treated my house as it was his own house. The job was originally scheduled for one day. However, the job was a little more difficult then we planned. Your team did not rush, nor cut any corners. Instead, they worked a few extra hours and came back the next day (on time) to finish the job.
Within 24 hours, the moisture in my crawlspace was significantly reduced, and after two days, my crawlspace is dry.

Thanks Again For A Job Well Done
We would like to thank you for the work that was done at our home. We are very pleased with the professionalism that your crew had and the great job cleaning up after the work was done. I haven’t been under the house, due to physical reasons; however, the electricians informed us that it was a very nice job. We were also very happy with the work done by the electricians.
There has been several very hard rains since your guys installed the french drains and dry well. That system has performed very well and has eliminated our standing water problem at the rear of the house. We used to have a small pond back there after a heavy rain and, now, it is nonexistent. Great job troubleshooting and in all the work performed.
We look forward to seeing you in September for the insulation work. Thanks again for a job well done.

In today’s world it was a pleasure to find a young man, our Priority Pest Services technician, who has outstanding customer service and extraordinary work habits.
One Stop Shop
Priority came out and did our home inspection and found quite a few problems. I thought I was going to have to call a HVAC company, a foundation specialist and a plumber. Was I so happy when the Priority Pest Services technicians said they could take care of “everything.” I couldn’t believe it. On top of being a “One Stop Shop” they sent out the nicest technicians. They were on time, worked all day with no slacking around, took short breaks and also made sure they cleaned up everything every day! They even made sure they picked up everything so my dogs wouldn’t get a hold of anything. I was just thrilled! My husband and I will recommend this company to everyone.
Priority Pest Service technicians are very knowledgeable and did so well in explaining to me the problems in my house. I really felt comfortable with them as they explained all of my options and allowed me to make the final decision. After we decided what work to do first, they really went above and beyond. That made me very happy!
Polite Service Technicians
The young men sent here by Priority Pest were absolutely the nicest, most polite service technicians we have ever had. They worked quietly all day, no loud music, no bad language and cleaned up when they left! I wouldn’t have even known they were here had I not seen their truck!
